This site is built in a SIBLING REPOSITORY that is not checked out here. Point the matching environment variable at the real checkout and it takes over — no compose edit.
It exists as a fallback because a bind mount whose source is missing does not degrade one site, it stops caddy-edge from starting at all, and that takes every other hostname down with it.
